[SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, MARCH 3, 2026 --] Pentalon Construction is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Overland West Offices, a new commercial office development located at 343 East 5700 South in Washington Terrace.

Developed by Pinnacle Associates and designed by Vanzeben Architecture, the 34,949-square-foot project marks a significant milestone in Overland West’s continued growth and expansion. The building will feature a dynamic blend of private offices, shared workspace, and thoughtfully designed employee amenities—creating a professional environment tailored to meet the evolving needs of the company.

Construction is scheduled for completion in February 2027.
