[SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, August 1, 2025 --] Pentalon Construction is excited to announce the groundbreaking of The Trail at Farmington Station, a new multi-family residential development located at 675 North 1525 West in Farmington, Utah.

Developed by Evergreen Development and designed by Architecture Belgique, The Trail will add 315 apartment homes to the growing Farmington area. The project spans 448,641 square feet and will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today’s residents.

Pentalon Construction is serving as the General Contractor, bringing decades of multi-family construction experience to the project.
