With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian offers a wealth of technical expertise and senior management prowess to EPC, PM/CM, and GC projects spanning both public and private sectors. His strengths lie in CPM schedule formulation, trend analysis, budgetary planning, and precise cost forecasting, highlighting his adeptness in project management and execution.
