To submit a bid on a project, we require each subcontractor to have a Building Connected account.

Subcontractors can submit bids through the Building Connected site.

If you have never worked with Pentalon Construction before, you will receive a post-qualification form.

The Qualification Form will Include the Following:

• General Company Information & Background

• Safety Information

• Project History

• Company References

• Financial Health & Information

In this form, you will be asked to upload the following documents:

• Business License

• W-9

• Insurance Information

• Financial Statements

Each subcontractor will be asked to comply with Pentalon Construction’s safety plan, job site safety requirements, applicable OSHA, and other governmental safety rules and regulations and owner-imposed safety requirements. If your company is awarded a project, we will need a copy of your standard company safety plan or manual to keep on file.
