Please contact our Estimating Department for any questions you may have. Our team will typically respond within 48 business hours.

  • To submit a bid on a project, we require each subcontractor to have a Building Connected account.

    Subcontractors can submit bids through the Building Connected site.

    If you have never worked with Pentalon Construction before, you will receive a post-qualification form.

    The Qualification Form will Include the Following:

    • General Company Information & Background

    • Safety Information

    • Project History

    • Company References

    • Financial Health & Information


    In this form, you will be asked to upload the following documents:

    • Business License

    • W-9

    • Insurance Information

    • Financial Statements

  • Each subcontractor will be asked to comply with Pentalon Construction’s safety plan, job site safety requirements, applicable OSHA, and other governmental safety rules and regulations and owner-imposed safety requirements. If your company is awarded a project, we will need a copy of your standard company safety plan or manual to keep on file.

  • Pentalon Construction is nothing without the relationships we build. We encourage all subcontractors to build a relationship with us and our team.

    The best ways to build a relationship with our team is through the following:

    • Company Introduction Meetings

    • Quick Phone Calls or Emails.

    We kindly ask subcontractors to schedule an appointment with our team rather than stopping by unannounced. Our project schedules are demanding, and we want to ensure we can dedicate the time and attention you deserve during our meeting.
