PENTALON AWARDED RESIDENTIAL PROJECT OF THE YEAR |

5/1/2008, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction has been awarded the Residential Project of the Year by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Excellence in Construction judging panel for their Country Club Ridge project. The project, located at 2665 E. Parley’s Way consists of 40 luxury condominiums selling for $400,000 to $1.1 million. Unit high end finishes consist of solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood, slate and tile flooring. All units have outstanding valley or mountain views, secured entry and access to underground parking.
The owner is Equity Capital, LLC and the architect was Ken Harris Architects.
