PENTALON NEGOTIATES CONTRACT FOR HIGH END CONDOMINIUMS
6/8/2005, Draper, UT - Pentalon recently negotiated a contract to provide general construction services on a high end condominium development called Country Club Ridge Condominiums located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Construction will begin in the next few weeks with this including one building of three levels of condominum units on top of an underground parking structure. The project manager is Scott Merrill. Ken Harris, Principal of Ken Harris Architects located in Provo, Utah designed the project.

Our other development, The 838 Condominiums has done extremely well on South Temple and contributed to housing along the South Temple corridor immensely. Country Club Ridge Condominiums will set a new standard for excellence in the Foothill area and fills a need for people desiring a premium location to resort areas in the greater Salt Lake metro area," said Rick Plewe, Owners' Representative of this new development. Construction is expected to be complete in July 2006.
