10/5/2004, Draper, UT - Pentalon was recently awarded a contract to provide preconstruction services on The Trapper Inn located in Jackson, Wyoming. The project will consist of converting a portion of motel rooms into employee housing, a new pool complex and then the construction of 48 additional hotel rooms. The project is moving into full design with construction scheduled to begin in July 2005.
Pentalon's team consists of Carl Tippets as the Preconstruction Manager and Shay Johansen as the Senior Project Manager. The project will be designed by Soren Simonsen, Principal of Cooper Roberts Simonsen Architects in Salt Lake City.
