5/14/2004, Draper, UT - Pentalon recently negotiated a contract with Cowboy Partners, LLC out of Salt Lake City to constuct the new Liberty Metro Super Studio Apartments in downtown Salt Lake. Construction will begin immediately with completion planned for February, 2005. The project consists of 101 total units with the contract amount being slightly under $5 million dollars.
The project was designed by Mr. Matt Driscoll, Principal of Driscoll Architects located in Seattle, WA. The project manager is Brent Meadows and the superintendent is Scott Merrill.
