CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON THE HOLLADAY PHARMACY RENOVATION/REMODEL PROJECT FOLLOWING DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES |

7/17/2000, MURRAY, Ut - Pentalon Construction will be the general contractor for the renovation of and addition to the Holladay Pharmacy located at 4690 South Holladay Boulevard in Holladay, Utah. The project requires two buildings adjacent to the existing Holladay Pharmacy to be demolished where a new addition will be built. Once the new addition has been completed, renovation of the existing building will begin.
The $550,000, 6,245 sq. ft. project was designed by Dale A. Allsop and Associates, engineering was provided by Kim Johansen Engineering and Kidston Engineering Company, Inc.
The project manager is Vincent Morgan and the project superintendent is Brent Meadows.
The project broke ground on July 3, 2000 beginning with the demolition of two buildings adjacent to the existing Holladay Pharmacy. Construction of the new addition to the Holladay Pharmacy will begin as soon as permits are approved. The scheduled completion date for the project is November 1, 2000.
