EDGEMONT ELEMENTARY REMODEL |

6/22/2001, DRAPER, Ut - Pentalon Construction is the general contractor for the Edgemont Elementary remodel being performed for Jordan School District. The project is located at 1085 East 9800 South in Sandy, Utah. The project was designed by Chris Pasker of Pasker Gould Ames & Weaver Architects, structural engineering was provided by Dunn & Associates, mechanical engineering was provided by Olsen Peterson & Associates and electrical engineering was provided by BNA Consulting Engineering.
The $963,699 project involves the remodel of Edgemont Elementary School during the summer break. The contract includes the re-roofing of the entire roof of the school, remodeling of the auditorium, lunchroom and the kitchen. This project has a compressed schedule due to the timing constraints imposed by beginning of the 2001-2002 school year.
Demolition of the interior and the roof is complete, metal stud framing of the interior and rough electrical, mechanical and plumbing is underway.
The project manager is Shay Johansen; the project superintendent is Chris Guida.
