 Pentalon Construction, Inc., is a company with a long history in the multi-family housing, residential and commercial construction. Carl Tippets formed Pentalon in 1993, when Pentalon Corporation, a property management firm, joined forces with it's construction manager to create a company providing construction services for Pentalon Corporation. The relationship with Pentalon Corporation and the talented management team of Pentalon Construction quickly grew the company. Within three years, Pentalon was the largest apartment builder in the state.
As Pentalon grew, the variety of construction projects expanded to include commercial buildings such as: condominiums, educational, civil/municipal , office, retail, tenant improvement. Pentalon has successfully completed projects for the following firms: Provo City, West Jordan City, Utah State Division of Facilities and Construction Management, Granite School District, Jordan School District, American National Properties and Salt Lake County District Attorney.
Today, Pentalon performs over $35 million in construction work annually. The majority of work comes from negotiated projects, which characterizes Pentalon's strong reputation in the construction industry. Pentalon is known as an ethical, reliable and respected contractor for a reason.
