Pentalon makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of Utah.

Digital Plans and Downloads
All plans and specification documents available for download from the Pentalon Construction Incorporated website are digital copies of the original plans and specifications released by the developer of the project and/or their architect. Pentalon Construction assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions from these documents as their source is beyond our control. BY DOWNLOADING ANY FILES POSTED FOR THESE PROJECTS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
To ensure the integrity of these documents are consistent with the scanned originals each document has security features embedded in the file that prevent the document from being modified or annotated. Should a dispute arise between an external entity and Pentalon Construction over these documents and the information contained in them, the document the external entity has posession of will be compared to the document stored on our file servers. This security feature is only valid for PDF documents, not TIF images, therefore PDF documents will be used for comparison, not the TIF images. The TIF images are provided for on-screen take-off utilities, such as Dodge Plans Free take-off utility.
These plans and specifications are made available by Pentalon Construction to sub-contractors and suppliers who wish to submit a bid to Pentalon Construction for this project. Bid submissions should be faxed or emailed to the estimator of the project using the Pentalon Construction Sub-Contractor Bid Form. If you desire hard copy prints you can download the files you need and send them to a reprographics shop, we recommend Certified Reprographics, 2949 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, 801-487-8715.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PENTALON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF PENTALON OR A PENTALON AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to Pentalon will be handled in accordance with Pentalon's Online Privacy Practices. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
