Pentalon Construction offers the following benefits to all full time employees:
HOLIDAYS:
Exempt employees receive holiday pay in compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws for the following seven observed holidays during the year:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Pioneer Day ( Utah Holiday)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For hourly employees these holidays are unpaid.
VACATION:
Accrued vacation is calculated according to your employment anniversary date with Pentalon Construction as follows:
NON EXEMPT EMPLOYEES RECIEVE:
- After 1 year - 1 week of paid vacation
- After 5 years, and each year thereafter - 2 weeks of paid vacation
EXEMPT EMPLOYEES RECIEVE:
- Begining of Emplyment - 1 week of paid vacation
- After 1 year - 2 week of paid vacation
- After 5 years, and each year thereafter - 3 weeks of paid vacation
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our medical insurance program after the completion of 60 days of continuous full-time employment. Full-time employees may enroll in either a single or family medical insurance program.
Pentalon Construction pays one-half of the premium for the single or family programs through two years of continous full-time employment. After the initial two years of employment, Pentalon Construction will pay an addition 10% of the premium for each additional year of continued full-time employment. 100% of the premium will be paid by Pentalon Construction after 6 years of continuous full-time employment.

LIFE INSURANCE:
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our life insurance program after the completion of 60 days of continuous full-time employment. 10:38 AM 5/8/2008
Pentalon Construction pays the full cost of the life insurance program, which provides $10,000.00 in term life and accidental death or dismemberment insurance for eligible employees and $2,000.00 in term life and accidental death or dismemberment insurance for your spouse and dependents. Additional coverage amounts are available, any additional coverage not covered by Pentaon Construction is the employees responsibility and is collected through payroll deduction.
401(k) QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN:
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Qualified Retirement Plan after the completion of 60 days of continous full-time employment. The 401(k) Qualified Retirement Plan offers a sound means to long-term savings to supplement Social Security benefits at retirement. Pentalon Construction determines on an annual basis the company's contribution.
